How It Works!


Phase 1: Discovery Our process begins by getting to know our clients and understanding their staffing goals. It’s here that we gather all necessary information regarding your corporate culture, core business, competitors, market segments, target audience, and most importantly how best we can compliment your internal staffing initiatives.
Phase 2: Strategize Hardcore search and recruitment is a long, tedious, process driven exercise similar to diamond mining. Instead of just going out and moving rock you have to first to know where and how to look; otherwise you’re going to expend a lot of time and effort for nothing. Together with our clients we will target competitors to identify the candidates that best fit their profile.
Phase 3: Candidate Sourcing After collecting the necessary information we’ll begin the search by sourcing candidate pools using on-line and off-line methods including social networking, spidering, data-base scrapping, file type searching and directory research to name a few.
Phase 4: Candidate Screening As candidates are identified they will be screened against our “key accountabilities” which are closely aligned with the specifics of the job descriptions and statements of work. We will then speak with each candidate to further confirm that their education, work experience and professional skills make them a worthwhile candidate.
Phase 5: Candidate Presentation Here’s where we make a judgment call; after we have vetted all prospective candidates we will present a short list of the most qualified people for your review in a clear format and help you work through the interview process.
Phase 6: Payroll & Accounting After you’ve selected the right person for the job we will handle all payroll, tax and accounting functions. We’ll ensure that all contract employees meet US guidelines for employment and eliminate any co-employment and IRS exposure. All contractors are paid weekly via direct deposit and we offer an online time keeping system which can generate multiple reports to help you manage your staffing and contractor budget.
